Laura is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Applied Psychology, investigating the acoustic behavior of marine mammals. She has a MSc in Marine Biology (University of Groningen) and a BSc in Natural Sciences (University of Milan). Laura was recently hosted at the Marine Mammal Behavior Lab at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (MA, USA) to conduct a study on spatial and temporal patterns of blue whales' calling behavior.
