Ana is the founder of MindSurfing, which provides team development services to organizations and companies. She specializes in developing leadership, team performance, innovation and organizational culture programs and takes a systemic approach, using gamified and participatory methodologies based on collaboration and co-creation. Ana has been sailing since she was 12, has a deep connection with the ocean and integrates learnings from both into her programs.
