Camilla Campanati
Post-Doctoral Collaborator
Camilla is a post-doctoral fellow at MARE-Madeira. Her research focuses on stress ecology and physiological responses of marine invertebrates to anthropogenic climate change-related stressors. Camilla has a PhD from the University of Hong Kong, where she explored the predator-prey relationship between a wild oyster and a muricid gastropod under projected ocean acidification scenarios. Before MARE-Madeira, Camilla was a post-doctoral research associate at the University of Cambridge, she managed a project testing cost-efficient hatchery diets for the sustainable aquaculture production of mussels.
